Abstract The Demersal South Coast Inshore Biomass Survey was conducted on the Africana 122 from 6 June to 5 July 1994. The primary objective of this cruise was to conduct a stratified bottom trawl survey to assess the biomass, abundance and distribution of hake, sole, horse mackerel, squid and other trawl species on the Agulhas Bank.
